I highly recommend Franklin Skin and Laser!! They have such a beautiful office and all of the staff is very friendly! Carmen did an amazing job, she is very skilled and knowledgeable about her products.
Dr. Steven Bengelsdorf was excellent. I had a lipoma on my upper chest that another surgeon wouldn’t remove due to concerns about scarring. Dr. Bengelsdorf removed it in-office with no pain, and my recovery was smooth with no issues.
He was very thorough—he even sent the tissue to pathology and personally followed up because he didn’t like how it looked. That level of care really stood out.
The result is fantastic. The incision is barely noticeable—you wouldn’t know I had anything done unless I told you. I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend him.
In May 2025, I was in a terrible accident that left me with severe abrasions and lasting scars, especially on my hands, a constant reminder of that day.
