Woke up just 2 days before my wedding in excruciating pain barely able to move my neck. Franklin Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine was able to get my in that day. The whole team was so kind and compassionate, from receptionist to the doctors. The doctor spent time with me to really assess my symptoms and talk through all my treatment options. I was able to get Xrays on site and get treatment right away. Thanks to them I was feeling much better and able to comfortably walk down the aisle and enjoy my reception! I could not say enough good things about Dr. Cook and the staff at Franklin Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. They have assisted me and my entire family with many injuries over the years and they always provide incredible care. The staff is attentive, welcoming and simply the best there all around! My husband and I could not love them more!
I’ve been a patient here for all of my life and I will never go to another orthopaedic group. They are the best doctors around. From personally answering the phones, to getting me in the same day, and always giving me the best care. I never feel rushed and they always make me feel heard. Highly recommend this ortho practice!
