I reached out to Franklin Heating and Cooling regarding a HVAC system. Unfortunately, because of challenges they couldn't help me being a complicated new build on an existing slab. However, Krisit and her team has been great at answering many questions and educating me on the different options, brands and best usage. Great company!!! We have used Franklin Hearing & Cooling for years. They have always been extremely responsive. Our upstairs unit was not working. We called and they had a technician out within the hour! They are the best!!
