Not going to be good, clearly they don't care at all about the patient. Will lie about discussions with doctors, not a good company but we are all stuck with less than mediocre.

These clowns question everything my doctor wants to get done on me m. We pay 660 dollars a month for half ass 80/20 insurance.dont know what my employer pays.But I bet its alot also.ive had hemorrhoids for over a year.stomach problems,diverticulitis.doctors ordered a colonoscopy, endoscopy for my stomach.now i gotta fight that to be covered.i pay for CINGA INSURANCE NOT EVICORE.MIND YOUR BUSINESS IM SICK AND WANT TO FIND OUT WHATS WRONG WITH ME.

My sister fractured her back she has one broken bone and is in constant pain. Her doctor has a plan to fix her back with a non-invasive procedure that takes a half hour. Before they would grant her the approval they made her go through physical therapy with a broken bone in her back. It would do her no good but she did it anyway. They still denied her after telling her she had to do this PT. They lied. She is in so much pain and now she has to fight. She has been in pain for months. What gives with these demons. We are so angry.
