I guess they think my daughter reinjuring herself and then paying for multiple MRIs and Ultrasounds is a better plan than physical therapy. Healthcare is broken and for-profit companies like hurt people at the expense of profit.

This company, like so many other health insurance companies, should be held accountable for the way they interfere with patient care. They act like they know better than physicians when it comes to my healthcare. My doctor ordered an MRI, yet the insurance company is requiring an X-ray and six weeks of “conservative treatment” before they will approve it.
Meanwhile, my shoulder pain has become so severe that my arm is almost unusable. I should not have to stay medicated just to function while waiting for an insurance company to decide I’ve suffered enough.

Worst company ever. After numerous phone calls they denied having talked to me. They kept saying the birthday was wrong despite my insurance and doctor having it correct. Horrible customer service
