I am moving here in the first week of this May 2025( less than 40 days). I am beyond excited to be part of this wonderful community. It’s walkable to restaurants across the street, grocery stores even pet stores. I am excited to use the pool, the dog park and walk around this new community. The gym is incredible and I am excited to use that with the abundance of different machines they have. We have been looking for an apartment in the Franklin area for some time now and I am happy to report that Dwell was the most pleasant of experiences. Mostly because of their great staff, Jamie is a fantastic leasing agent who was able to help us in so many ways. She was super attentive to our needs and led us on an excellent tour. Then after the tour, she was great in communicating in emails answering any questions we had promptly. I even asked if I could pop by to look at a unit again without scheduling an appointment and she was more than accommodating. 5 stars across the board! Had a great tour with Myles and the office staff is amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect, just a block away from so many restaurants and shops. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
