I had a great experience touring the Dwell Apartments, thanks in large part to Kendall. He was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the viewing feel comfortable and pressure-free.
The property itself is in a great location and offers strong value for what you get. Everything was well-maintained, and it’s clear the team takes pride in the community.

I lived at Dwell from 2023 to 2026. Over the 3 years of my stay, I loved every minute of it. Parking was never an issue with a parking garage near the Phase 2 buildings. Tenants were always great, the community was welcoming and the management team was always attentive. Maddie, Assistant Manager, is amazing and honestly one of the main reasons why I stayed at Dwell for so long. Any maintenance issue I had, was sorted within a week's time. Never had issues with my A/C or heating. I would get bugs in the apt, but never roaches or anything like that. Although I have seen a roach in the trash shoot once. We have been looking for an apartment in the Franklin area for some time now and I am happy to report that Dwell was the most pleasant of experiences. Mostly because of their great staff, Jamie is a fantastic leasing agent who was able to help us in so many ways. She was super attentive to our needs and led us on an excellent tour. Then after the tour, she was great in communicating in emails answering any questions we had promptly. I even asked if I could pop by to look at a unit again without scheduling an appointment and she was more than accommodating.
