Our beloved Bennie had a combination of issues when Heidi saw him that made traditional grooming a nightmare: separation anxiety, digestive issues (food-related & has now been relieved), and the assumption that every towel is a tug toy. The two times we had taken him to Petco, he had pooped on himself after they bathed him, so they were only able to bathe him a second time and weren't even able to get him clipped.Heidi washing him on our patio pretty much took care of issues 1 & 2 since he was somewhere he knew. Heidi’s kindness and attention to detail is an excellent breath of fresh air when it comes to dog grooming. She is very accommodating and diligent in understanding the dog’s needs one-on-one. We felt extremely comfortable taking our high-maintenance diva of a senior dog, Charley, under the loving care of Heidi for about an hour full body haircut. She made sure to understand exactly how we liked our Bichon-Schnauzer’s haircut, asking us where his hair needed to be thinner to keep him cool during the summer without him looking bald, what styles looked best on him and with his lifestyle, and finally, where he needed extra care around his skin tags and aging bones.... read full review

Heidi did a fantastic job and was extremely thorough for my goldendoodle. Very responsive to texts when we booked making scheduling easy. She does not kennel so she takes your pup directly to work on them which I really like. He was squeaky clean, dapper in a sweet scarf and happy as a clam when I picked him up! I will definitely continue to use her for grooming.
