Dr. Katie is absolutely amazing! My sweet pup, Penelope, had to stay overnight for a couple of nights, and Dr. Katie made sure to check in with me regularly and always kept me in the loop. She answered all of my questions, gave me all the reassurance I needed, and you can truly tell she’s such a genuine and caring person.
Dr. Cason was also wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions. And the two girls working at reception were the absolute sweetest! I truly cannot thank everyone at Berry Farms enough for taking such great care of Penelope. ❤
Penelope is back home, back to her normal self, and doing so well all thanks to the amazing team at Berry Farms!

The doctors are incredible and offer both Chinese medicine and Western medicine. If you prefer a more holistic approach, the Chinese doctors are particularly amazing. I only take my dogs to them!

We are not easy to impress when it comes to our pet’s care — we have high standards and aren’t afraid to move on when something doesn’t feel right. But Dr. Cason? He’s the real deal.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was someone who genuinely loves what he does. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to actually listen — not just to our pet, but to us. He answered every question without making us feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that made complete sense.

Our pet was at ease (as much as any animal can be at the vet!), and so were we. You can just tell when someone truly cares, and Dr. Cason absolutely does.
