I am from out of town and stumbled upon Christopher Optical, which has to be the BEST OPTICAL SHOP ANYWHERE. Not only was the work we needed meticulous and skilled, the customer service was truly remarkable. We called the shop after 7 PM on a Friday night expecting a recording and got a live person, owner Joel McWhorter. Joel asked what we needed and invited us to come on over even though the shop had closed at 5 PM. My daughter’s glasses were unwearable going into Memorial Day weekend, and Joel repaired them beautifully. He also found a way to repair a tricky problem on my own frame and would not accept payment for either repair. He offered information and made several suggestions for future improvements that will be very helpful. Christopher Optical is a rare business in this day and age. I would urge anyone looking for an optician to look no further. The Franklin community is truly blessed to have this business and business owner.
Where do I begin! This was one of the best experiences I had with an eyeglass place here in Nashville! I normally have a hard time finding glasses, but Joel fix that issue for me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was fitted with glasses that I was comfortable with. With me falling into extended sizes it can truly be a task. He took his time I didn’t feel rushed at all. I picked some great frames and I would recommend him to anybody and will not go to any other optical place as long as I live in Nashville.
The best selection of glasses in Franklin! My face is narrow and they have a great selection for me to choose from. Joel is so helpful and considerate with my fitting.
