She provided budget-friendly options when I needed something affordable on short notice, which I appreciated.

That said, her bedside manner could be improved. On two separate visits, she asked questions about my gender identity that felt invasive and unrelated to my eye care. I left feeling uncomfortable.

I value affordability and access, but respectful and relevant communication is equally important in a healthcare setting.

I had such a great experience at the Vision Center! The staff was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. The eye exam was thorough and quick, and the doctor explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

The best! Most accurate prescriptions and best service. If you’re not happy with your current prescription, get a second opinion from Dr. Katsaitis Even if she can’t take your insurance, it’s worth it to go to her anyway
