I was so grateful to Gary and Bug Authority! We had an appointment with another company and they didn’t show up. Gary was treating the home of my next door neighbor. I called and within 1 min he called back. So nice and ethical. Not only did he talk to me and take time to walk my house but also squeezed us in to treat our interior. So incredibly grateful for him being so friendly, knowledgeable and treated me like I had been his customer for 20 years. Yes- I would most definitely recommend!! This is what customer service is all about.

Technican arrived on time. very courteous and knowledgeable about the problems we were having, and he was able to answer all of our questions.
