I had a concerning experience with Optimus Pest Solutions before even becoming a customer. One of their trucks cut me off on Fortress Parkway, forcing me to brake hard to avoid an accident. If this is how their drivers behave on the road, I have real doubts about how carefully they'd handle work at my home. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
