It's been 3 years since Blalock Homes built for us. After tens of thousands of $'s spent repairing the mess BH's left us with, the house still shakes when a garage door opens, the painted shut windows swell in the heat and pop/crack all night long, the lights flicker when the HVAC kicks on and the tile we didn't replace looks like it was installed by a 6 year old. We had hoped this would be a learning experience for BH's but we continue to hear others complain and are seeing other negative reviews posted. My suggestion to anyone that's already started a project with them: Understand that a certificate of occupancy does not mean the job... read full review
