I was recommended this shop when I needed emergency alterations on a bridesmaids dress, and I cannot be more thankful for them!! My dress was altered same day, and came out beautifully! They truly are the Best Alterations! I will absolutely be recommending best alterations to anyone in the Franklin area
Amazing service! I have taken pants and all my formal dresses here. I also brought my wedding gown, and it was made perfect to my fit. The service that you receive is like no other place. If I could give a MILLION stars I WOULD! This place is hands-down the best alterations. I was referred to this place by a best friend, because I was in desperate need for my wedding dress to be fixed for my wedding that was going to occur in less than 3 weeks. My last seamstress had almost completely ruined my wedding dress, leaving it almost impossible for anyone to fix. I went to Best Alterations and even though they had never seen such terrible work on a dress before, they were still able to reconstruct the top of my wedding dress in a week!! They reassured me that even though it would be super difficult to fix, but that I should not stress, because it will get FIXED.... read full review
