We've brought our dogs here for many years. We love the staff and the various veterinarians we've seen over the years. Everyone has been professional, caring, responsive, and helpful whenever our pups have required medical attention. We travel from the Spring Hill area to Franklin because we feel the care is worth the drive.

Good, skilled and compassionate veterinarians. This is a truly excellent veterinary group. I also like the homey atmosphere of the building. I believe it provides a less stressful feeling for the humans who bring their pets in for care. Highly recommend.

5 stars for Animal Health Center - especially Dr. Ingraham. The two things stand out the most: she LISTENS and EDUCATES. Dr. Ingraham takes the time to listen and ask questions about what my dog is experiencing. She determines the proper care plan and then educates on what we should do and why. I leave with an understanding on what is going on and how I can continue to care for my dog at home so he gets back to feeling his best. Dr. Ingraham and Animal Health Center are the best of the best!!

Dr. Woody has been my pets doctor for over 20 years. I wouldn’t take my them to anybody else. The biggest animal loving people on the planet.

3 visits in 15 days and they could not identify my dog's pneumonia, the last visit with Dr. Rigsby on July 17, 2024 at 3:30 pm and the next day, July 18, in the early morning, they diagnosed her in the emergency room with pneumonia, fluids in both lungs. Disappointing, frustrating, incredible and incomprehensible how this situation can be possible! For the 4th time, send me the images of the x-rays that were taken of my dog Kitty and that Dr. Rigsby showed me on July 17, 2024.

I used to love this place when Dr Woody was there it was much different, I recently took a cat in with an eye infection and ended up using all the medicine they gave me when I went for more for another cat with the same problem they wanted $75 for a visit and $45 for ointment that I got on Amazon for $15 without a prescription.... These people do not do this for the love of animals they do it for the love of money......

My sweet boy Olaf was just diagnosed with abdominal cancer. My heart is broken. Everyone here has been so kind. I highly recommend them. They even answered my calls on Sunday. God blsss all of you ♥️???

This used to be the best place in Franklin to go but since new people are in charge there The overall experience has changed dramatically, these people are more into money than they are health care for animals, sad it was so convenient. Time to find another vet and quit referring people to this one.

I brought my pet there for a wound on the face near the mouth. There was no fever, he was eating and acting fine just had a face wound and they didn’t do any blood work just told me it could be cancer or an infected tooth and may be in need of a tooth extraction. Asked the price of X-ray which was $1100 with anesthesia included and necessary. Those were my options. I felt like there wasn’t a need to check bloodwork to tell me if his blood counts were off. I was pretty much told the options were to pay up to save your cat. I had to put him down because I couldn’t afford it. I’m now reading up on cat face wounds and not once was it mentioned it could have just been an ulcer.
