My car died today on the way to work. After calling around to several tow companies, I found Andy's. After a little attempted negotiation on my part, I was told that I would have a truck on site in less than 20 minutes. Ten minutes after that, my help came. Jacob came with a smile and tried his best to get my car going. He was pleasant throughout and calmed my nerves. Jacob provided service that made a rough day tolerable. I highly recommend this company.

A big thank you to Jake & Andy’s Towing for allowing me to get the contents out of our car on a Sunday after towing it in after a serious accident the day prior. Very honest too. All contents had been secured. I highly recommend.

The towing process itself was fast and the price was very reasonable, which I appreciated. However, the customer service left much to be desired. The dispatcher was not friendly and kept cutting me off while I was speaking, which made the experience frustrating. Overall, efficient service but the communication could definitely be improved. Be nicer? idk . The driver was nicer so it makes up the experience.
