“First visit at Concord Vet. Dr. Lisa Sulewski and groomer Annie were wonderful. My dog Mika is a rescue and doesn't like being handled, but they made sure she was comfortable and even called when she needed more medication. I really appreciated that! We will definitely will be using Concord in the future.“

I was so anxious every time I walked him (every day) because he had begun lunging and snarling at everything that passed us. I had paid hundreds of dollars for training in the past but nothing was working with my five year old 65-lb GSP any more.

Lincoln and Megan trained me to train my dog, and they worked with him twice a week at Boot Camp. It took about six months but now I’m much more confident in handling my dog and I enjoy walking him twice a day.

When my MIL wanted another and asked if I remembered where I had gotten them, I immediately remembered Rosana and how helpful and responsive she was in 2019 (I wanted to know how heavy the snaps were). “My dog Kaiser has been on the best behavior since his visits to West Bearden Veterinary Hospital. A different vet hospital refused to take Kaiser because he was anxious. But the staff at West Bearden were understanding and really came out to take on Kaiser's anxiety and put him at ease. He's been calm ever since and I really appreciate and I'm thankful for the staff meeting the challenge instead of refusing to take him. Surpringly Kaiser remained calm received vaccination and had blood drawn all on his first visit without any episodes. He's had overnight stays and I'm so thankful for the staff and their knowledge, that I will always bring Kaiser there for future stays and treatments. The staff didn't hesitate to meet Kaiser and assured me that they knew what to do if he did become anxious but he remained calm and was very receptive to their care. It has made it possible for me to take Kaiser on walks without him pulling the leash and that was something I wasn't expecting. But thanks to the knowledgeable staff and their expertise I can now walk Kaiser without him pulling to chase everything. I didn't bring Kaiser there for training that was just something the knowledgeable staff did in their normal scope of practice. West Bearden has made a very positive change in the behavior of my dog and I would recommend them to anyone that needed treatment for veterinary care. I'm so thankful for their expertise in knowing how to handle and treat dogs. Kaiser didn't recieve this kind of acceptance at a different hospital therefore West Bearden is the best!!!“

“We have been using Small Paws for over 16 years. When we moved here, we took our two poodles, and then our adopted ShihTzu here. Unfortunately they are no longer with us… but now our two young Schnoodles go to stay with Nancy. I love the set up, dogs have their own rooms, with Mr. Ed style doors so they can be checked on (no crates)! There is also an area that looks like a den do dogs can feel at home. Small Paws is wonderful!“
