“I ordered two custom lines from Rosana in 2019 for my little nosework toy poodle and my MIL’s toy poodle. When my MIL wanted another and asked if I remembered where I had gotten them, I immediately remembered Rosana and how helpful and responsive she was in 2019 (I wanted to know how heavy the snaps were). “I have been going to Rocky Hill for a little over a year and they have been nothing but amazing. I have a very sensitive rescue dog that needs a little extra attention. On my first visit, I knew I would have to do everything in my power to make this my forever vet. The vet tech who first met Neyla got on the floor and made sure my dog was comfortable with him before proceeding with the visit. Dr. Jeter was the first one to see us and I felt like he truly cared about us and wanted to come up with a solution that would work for us. He helped prescribe medication and we discussed a diet that would ultimately turn my dog into the dog I always knew she could be. Dr. Jeter has taken time to call me and discuss issues/prescribe medicine over the phone when I am out of town. You can almost always call Rocky Hill and get an appt. same day or the next without any issues. Every single time I call I get the help I need, and I feel they truly care about every animal and genuinely want to help. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Christie and she was exceptional as well. Rocky Hill is a place I can always count on regardless of the circumstances and they will always be eager to help. “The first time we came here was due to our bunny breaking her bag leg, they ended up staying after hours trying to help her. They went above and beyond when we were at a loss. Since then we have brought all of our animals to them and they have always went above and beyond for each one of them, and are even patient and loving with our rambunctious 2 year old. This has been our favorite vet that we have been to since we moved a few years ago. 10/10 would recommend them. They truly are wonderful!“

“I’ve always groomed my Maltese myself because he is so anxious. I recently hurt my shoulder and was unable to do it myself. I contacted Barkmore Inn and Salon and they were very helpful and suggested that he should be the first groom of the day. They were able to get him groomed and he was back home before 10:00. Furthermore, June did an excellent job on his cut. My husband said, “It’s the best he’s ever looked.” I have to agree. They definitely are a great place for grooming. Winston will definitely be back.“
