KC returned my call in a timely manner so that I could inquire about a home inspection. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of what to expect. KC walked me through the entire process. I was able to be present for the home inspection. He was extremely thorough as he checked the home. At the end of the inspection, he gave me a brief overview on what he would report on, and he also pointed out things at the home that he would address. I was extremely pleased with the amount of detail and kindness shown by KC. The detailed report was sent to me that same afternoon with ways to fix any problems! KC was very professional and knowledgeable. Because of his thorough investigation of a property I was considering buying I was able to avoid costly repairs and did not buy the home. I would highly recommend his services.
KC is the the best home inspector I've ever worked with. He's friendly, competent, and has the tools and know how to fully apprise the faults of an existing structure. He can explain observations well and listens and responds to questions. Spend a few bucks and save yourself thousands next time your in the market for a home.
