Cory is an exceptional home inspector. He has amazing communication skills and is outstanding at his job. He found many items that needed to be addressed on my new home which I was able to turn into the sellers as part of my punch list. He is easy to work with and answers questions quickly. 3D home Inspections was amazing! Cory inspected 2 homes for me and did an amazing job. He is extremely thorough, takes excellent pictures and documents everything meticulously! He was quick to respond to our questions and even took the time to have a conversation with us. We were so grateful for the amazing work he did and couldn’t have found a better home inspector! Very reasonable price for the work done! After our first home inspection, we specifically asked our realtor to hire Cory at 3D Inspections for the next home inspection. Highly recommend him!
