Cory is the real deal!! He inspected three homes for us and saved us a ton of money. Buying your home and not using Cory as your inspector would be a mistake as he is competent, professional and thorough. Even the general contractor we consulted with was impressed with Cory’s report saying it’s the most detailed he’s ever seen. He also drove over an hour to each inspection. I am so thankful that we got to work with him and I will always appreciate him.
