The staff at Holston Cremation (Fall Branch, TN) were kind and professional. I appreciated their care and thoughtfulness after the death of my mother. When I didn't receive the certificate of death in a reasonable time, they were quick to resend it and to email a copy so I could begin the process of dealing with her estate.
My experience working with Holston Cremation couldn't have been better. Sharon Cox was the funeral director who helped me through the process during this very difficult time. She was kind, caring, and extremely efficient taking all the burden off me and allowing me time to make the right choices for my sister's cremation. I appreciate the professionalism and the warmth that I felt when making the preparations for the end of life my sister had wanted. Thank you everyone from Holston Cremation who assisted me! You were wonderful!
My husband suddenly had an unique situation with regards to his cousin. Holston Cremation assisted me and helped me through the process. Holston Cremation went above and boyond. I would recommend them.
