The folks at Holston truly treat every client as if they were their own family. They handled my nana’s unexpected death & cremation with such grace & kindness. I’ll never forget it. The care, and quality they provide is bar none. The cost was actually shockingly cheaper than we thought it would be & we couldn’t be more grateful for how everything was handled and how appreciated we felt during the whole process. These wonderful folks were a quick google search decision to handle the final wishes of my nana when she suddenly passed. We just recently moved to the area from the other side of the TN line in NC. We were very nervous about the entire post passing process, and were entirely unsure of where to start. Their webpage was SIMPLE to understand & had every single option immediately available to choose & left no stone unturned. We called before ‘normal’ business hours to confirm everything & Carson couldn’t have been more kind & supportive.
