“We love Troy, we look forward to him coming every month. After my dumb ass brought a plant home that gave us roaches, we went with Burls because whenever we pass through Estill Springs we think they're a little boutique or antique store because of the bright pink sign😅. Troy is hilarious and does not judge us for having the bugs, he does his job well and gives us a good hour of laughter in a...not so great situation :)

I have a huge collection of plants (at least 50, if not 100+, not including a 30gal terrarium) and 4 animals (two dogs, two cats) and none have been effected by the treatment!

We have seen a major improvement in the last 3ish months, and I just found another hiding spot today, so Troy is gonna have his work cut out for him next time😅🤣. Troy we need you back!”
