“This place is what a vet should strive to be. After taking our babies to other vets that cut corners, did not truly care about the patients, just gave subpar care overall, I’m so glad to have found Dandridge Animal Hospital. The difference in care is eye opening. Dr Diedrick has cared for two of our dogs so far (that both have multiple health issues) and she is absolutely amazing. Thorough, well educated, professional, and you can tell she actually cares about the wellbeing of the animal, not just what is easiest or is going to make profit like other practices. She makes sure you are informed on any diagnostic findings, treatment options, and she also informs you of costs before going forward with anything which is a lot different from other vet practices. All questions are answered no matter how many you have. As soon as results come in they are shared with you and explained. All of the staff, receptionists, techs, etc are all so kind, friendly and welcoming. The waiting area and rooms are also so clean. I would recommend to anyone!“
