“Having just moved here, I had to find a vet for my boxer as he had a bad limp. I called around to no avail. I called here and was told they did walk-ins til noon. I went right over. Not a long wait. He was 1st diagnosed with arthritis. After the weekend, his leg got worse. I brought him back on Monday and they did X-rays. Unfortunately he had bone cancer. After this, he went down rapidly and we made the decision to put him to sleep. The staff was so wonderful through everything. I can not recommend this clinic enough.“

“⭐️ Today we had our 1st appointment with ETVH. From booking the appointment over the phone, checking-in, to clean floors, & the exam I am highly impressed! The Veterinarian came into the exam room with the tech & had a real conversation with me about my beloved dog!! I have scheduled the dental cleaning for my best friend. My pup also agrees, he likes the new place better than our previous one up the road. Everyone seemed so relaxed & happy ☺️ Backstory: As a comparison with our previous Veterinarian office (up the road from ETVH). I began taking my 1st dog to 3 years ago and he is now 3 years old. During those 3 years I had been at least 6 times minimum to this office. Front staff seems to be overworked with high stress. I thought it was very odd to have never spoken to the actual doctor. The tech just takes your dog to the back and then brings them back to the room when done with no visual of the doctor. Currently my dog now has bad tarter buildup on his teeth ?. No one even mentioned to me about this until he started having bad breath about 9 months ago & I looked at his teeth myself. Being a first time dog owner I did not realize I needed to be brushing his teeth. Very disappointed that the doctor ?‍⚕️ never brought this to my attention as a pro-active preventative measure for the annual exams he did have. Now I have to get my 3 year old a dental cleaning. The floors are also dirty in appearance with the type of tile they have. That Veterinarian is like having an absent parent ? who only sends you a card once a year (in this case a reminder of the yearly checkup). What were they actually doing during this yearly checkup-up is the question? I am not sure what the deal at the other Vet office is but is very odd with the bare minimum. ?Disclaimer: For creditability, I am a level 7 local guide and the majority of my reviews are positive except for the former Vet office. However, ETVC gets 5 stars from us!! So glad I took a leap of faith to give another Vet office a try ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
