Excellent service. The staff were attentive and handled both of my coats with great care, delivering outstanding results. One coat was in particularly rough condition with several stains, and I did not expect it to be restored so thoroughly. My primary goal was simply to have the coats cleaned and disinfected, as they were purchased secondhand; however, the cleaner successfully removed the majority of the stains. Both coats now look like new, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I will absolutely return with additional items in the future.
Friendly people, great service. My go to for dry cleaning in the area. Some searches will list them for places that do alterations. They do not do alterations at either Crossville locations. But, they do dry cleaning and they do it well and at a good price.
I've been going here for my dry cleaning for about three years. Great employees that get to know you. I had some clothes that were going to be ready but a big winter storm was coming so they called me to let me know that they were going to be closed on the day. I've never had a business do that, ever. I was impressed.
