We needed to get specific wood chips made for kids playgrounds hauled from Cookeville back to our house in Crossville. Shannon helped us with pricing and ensuring we knew the different options available. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were able to pick up the product and haul it to us the next day. The gentleman who delivered the play wood chips, Bubba, was very friendly and professional. He was very careful backing up the dump truck in our longish driveway and into our lawn that we were trying to grow grass in. I stopped by their office to order and pay for two loads of rocks to be delivered, around 4 pm. The next morning the first load was delivered at exactly 8am. The next load an hour later. The driver was a great guy. So far, Profits trucking is the only business in Crossville who have actually done exactly what they said they were going to do. Exactly on time, and for exactly what they said it was going to cost.
