The older lady at the front desk is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. Don’t even bother trying to tell her why you’re calling or whatever you need she’ll tell you to stop talking and transfer you to the wrong place without even telling you. I’ve been going here for 3 years now and Rebecca was the best Dr they ever had. Sad she’s gone now makes me not even want to use them anymore. Update: I’ve been told I need to find care else where since this review. I do NOT recommend coming here you’ll be met with unprofessional and rude staff.

The doctors in this office are AMAZING! We have been seeing them for 10+ years. However the office staff is very rude and not very helpful. I would absolutely give 5 stars if the office had staff that matched the friendliness and effectiveness offered by the medical staff.

If I could give a negative review I would so my grandmother got a appointment with this doctors office over two weeks ago and we thought everything was good to go and my grandmother was excited about finding this doctor that was recommended to her because for the past 5 years she has no luck with doctors and it’s been quite disheartening to her mentally so fast forward to today and she gets a phone call from the receptionist stating that my grandmother needs to to see a internal medicine doctor and that they would not be seeing her. And so once again my grandmothers hopes were crushed by this. So I don’t know about the people at this doctors office or the doctor himself but I don’t enjoy hearing my grandmother upset or crying so that was a very low thing to do to a 76 year old. There was no damn reason to not see my grandmother especially when you take her insurance. So this is not over I will be calling and or coming up there because I want a good damn reason why you will not see her and YOU WILL GIVE ME A REASON!!!!!

Dr. Johnson and the medical staff are professional and friendly. They treat a person like family, that's why it's called family medicine. Can one give 10 stars, because I would!
