My first visit was incredible. Wait time for my appointment was less than 5 minutes (get the earliest appointment), and the staff was very helpful. Two different staff members asked at least 3 times if I needed anything. Ask to see ASHLYN 🥰 I worked in the medical field for 9 years. I understand bedside manners and know when medical staff is being genuine. Ashlyn’s bedside manners and all around hospitality to make you feel safe and at home was awesome! Each employee has always met me with compassion, understanding, and kindness. I always feel as though I’ve been truly heard and seen when I leave. They have been my caretakers for years and they continue to exceed my expectations. I recommend Johnson Family Medicine for the utmost care!
Wonderful place, it does take a while to get in but when you realize they actually care about their patients and spend that extra time answering questions so you completely understand whatever your situation is and they take the extra time to fix your problems the wait is well worth it. You can't put a schedule on real life problems so be prepared to wait sometimes on your appointments.
