They are great at guiding new patients through eye care and are more than happy to address any concerns. The team works well together to ensure smooth and quick procedures, like cataract surgery. They also offer a personal touch, such as prayer before surgery. Overall, the experience is positive, with patients leaving with great results and a sense of satisfaction.
Had the best experience 3 times in a row! Took myself and then two kidos here and the doctors and staff were so friendly, made it feel like home and were very helpful when picking out different frames! Whitney was amazing helping us and even helped me when I went back after my glasses didn't feel right, will definitely be going back for her expertise! My kids loved it there as well! The gals were so patient with them and their sillyness. My son picked a frame out that he could grow with but weren't terribly big or small for his head. Can't wait for my husband to go! Definitely our go to family eye care!
My wife had cataracts removed from both eyes. It took less than one hour. Her doctor was Dr Michael Patterson and I would recommend him to everyone. The staff was great, they explained everything to us and also let us view a video of the surgery, so we would see what would be done. They also gave her a bag with the dark glasses, sleep goggles and a folder with all the information that they had gone over with us, on what to expect with the healing and things not to do after we were home.
I stopped in today to pick out a pair of glasses. I lucked out and was taken care of by Whitney. She gave helpful suggestions; color, frame shape, etc. We sat down and everything was explained and my glasses were ordered.
Whitney was very friendly and helpful.
Can't wait to pick my glasses up!
