Kenny and Brian and the front staff are wonderful. My issue was addressed quickly and then after being seen at the hospital I was called within the hour with my results. My husband and I have had a couple of experiences with Covenant lately and I cannot speak highly enough of the care we have received. Thank you all!
I walked into this clinic without an appointment .I was politely greeted by the receptionist who asked what type of symptoms I was experiencing. I explained that I had injured my right foot. She asked me to complete a brief questionnaire, I was seen by a very caring male nurse who directed me to go to the X-ray dept., the X-ray technician was friendly, polite and professional and then directed me to go to the Nurse Practioner who told me that my foot was indeed broken. She directed me as to where to obtain the apparatus I needed for my foot and called in a prescription for me to pick-up. My experience was quick, professional and very courteous . First time visit for lab work. Waited maybe 5-10 min. before seeing the lady tech who was friendly and very efficient. I would definitely return in the future. If you'd prefer to get in quickly, do what I did and arrive around the time they open at 7:30 am. After 8am, their lobby gets pretty full.
