Called Friday Morning with auxiliary heating failed. Justin showed up by 2 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the disconnect. Kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Jacob Norris was the tech that came to do our fall maintenance for the winter. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable, went above and beyond in cleaning our unit and took his time to go over everything. I know we are in good hands with Jacobs exceptional service.

The AC quit just as we were getting ready for a big weekend gatherin at our place. Called Crossville Heating and Cooling Friday after hours, and scheduled a Saturday morning service call. Justin arrived and quickly diagnosed a failed thermostat. He had a replacement on his truck and had it all working within an hour. Very happy with the service!

Jordan Jaso came to do fail maintenance on our AC/heating unit. He arrived early, was very communicative about what he was doing. Shared pictures, was very polite and congenial and made the experience a good one. He is the best tech we have had.
We are very satisfied with Crossville Heating and Cooling, highly recommend them and if need arises will use them again.

Jerden came this morning to do my annual check up. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that the company sent me his name and picture so I could feel safe opening the door to a stranger.
