Our experience was fantastic. Most places are trying so hard to push a sale it makes you uncomfortable, but here they don't push, they answer any questions, and are so friendly, they make it seem like you are interacting with friends. Great place to do business.

We were ready to buy from a local big box when we learned about Crossville Flooring. We decided to at least check them out - we like to support local businesses. Wow!!! What a great experience! They took their time with us, showed us all the options, focused on our budget. NO PRESSURE. They sent us home with an armful of samples. We selected what we liked. They spent some more time telling us about how it works and making sure we were happy. Installation day: we can't say enough about the crew! Efficient, respectful, on time and detail oriented. Had luxury vinyl flooring installed and could not be more pleased with end result. The installation crew were professional, courteous and did an awesome job cleaning up after the install.
