Jesse the operations manager and his apprentice which was also named Jesse ( what a perfect combination ) came out to my home and was able to help me out with moving my toilet upstairs for me as I had one toilet fail. He also was able to replace my lower level toilet with a brand new toilet that is absolutely amazing. While they were working he noticed a gurgling sound that was likely the start of a clog and we didn't know it! With them already being here he gave me a great deal on running a drain inspection camera to get eyes into the line and was able to get it cleared out! I discovered that none of showers, sinks, or toilets were draining. I called several of the big companies and none could come out for at least a week. We called Paynes and even though we are in White Pine, they said they would come out and help us.
Jesse came to our house, found our septic tank (even though it wasn't where we were told it was when we moved in here), uncovered it, found the problem, and fixed it all in about 10 minutes.
We were very pleased and will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone. If you need plumbing work done, these are the guys to call. Thank you for coming so quickly.
