Excellent experience at The Pet Hospitals Houston Levee / Macon. I was impressed that they could see my new kitten right away, even though I didn't have an appointment (kitten just rescued from a dog that morning). Dr. Morris!!! 💯
Saying goodbye to our cat was one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced, but this veterinarian made an incredibly painful experience feel as peaceful and comforting as possible. From the moment we walked in, she treated us like family—with genuine compassion, patience, and understanding.

Groomer didn't give my dog a trim, she just washed her. Put little tiny rubber bands in her hair that were very hard to remove, and painful to my dog.
UPDATE (FROM 2 STARS TO 5): The groomer called and said there was a miscommunication. She offered to cut our dog Audrey for free, and we gratefully accepted. Audrey looks great and is now ready for the Memphis heat. And best of all, she came home with a little kerchief -- nothing to cut out of her hair.
