“Jorge was very thorough. He offered several services and I was pleased with the outcome. However, Stanley Steemer was not completely honest concerning the pricing of the service and this was extremely frustrating. I was given an estimate, although they were aware of all of the pieces that needed to be cleaned. The estimate should include some type of cost expectation FOR ALL furniture that needs to be serviced. This was very misleading and I will consider other cleaning companies because of this action.“
