ServiceMaster by Cornerstone provides services to those in need. Earl and his team were great. Earl explained the process well and kept customers informed of next steps. They are directly handling all the insurance items, so a load off the plate. Jackson and Justin were kind and respectful. The team made the process not so painful. Incredible service. Always communicating, doing what they say and leaving things cleaner when they leave. Highly recommend ServiceMaster and their entire team. Awesome experience from start to finish. When pipes burst, they were there immediately. Great communication and fantastic results. For a water leak, Jason came right out and told exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take, and checked the progress every day as the air movers and dehumidifier dried the rooms. It is a very stressful situation, and ServiceMaster by Cornerstone made it much less so. Jason was so kind and gentle as he explained what was going on and gave solid suggestions and recommendations. After water damage as a first time home owner, the demolition and mitigation team cleaned up the problem incredibly well and were fantastic at guiding through the process and navigating property insurance. Daniel and Earl were communicative and on top of the process.
