We had multiple problem areas with stubborn stains, but they were all successfully removed. The technician was exceptionally considerate and provided a detailed explanation of the process and product.

TL/DR: Michael and Kalem took care of our carpets for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. I am VERY happy with final results - highly recommend ?The long story: I booked online, knowing that the estimate would be more accurately given to me once a technician came by and assessed the carpets. Michael and Kalem, who was "in train" (although he was equally knowledgable + professional and did all of it on his own), showed up early. Because of their early arrival, they lend a hand in clear some of the carpet space of large furniture and debris that could be removed by hand.
