Blake was an excellent technician. He was very professional and thorough and he explained each step of the process. Scheduling department was very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this company.

Blake was an amazing technician, and the company was very responsive. I called about 9:30 AM with the heater that wasn’t working right on a 7° morning. By 10:30 AM, they were here. And Blake went right to work. He was very respectful, hard-working, and he treated my house very well by stomping and wiping his feet before entering. I cannot say enough good about the Service Blake gave me. I highly rate volunteer heating and cooling, and would recommend them to anyone. He replaced three parts on my heater, and spent about an hour here. Total cost was round $250.. Much less than what I expected. Thank you so much volunteer heating.

They are very good to work with.. Time set, they show up, do what needs to be done and even more. Everyone there is nice and will work with you. Also their techs always have advice for me to help out on my units! I highly recommend Volunteer heating and cooling!! Thank you !!
