If you’re thinking about ordering flowers from this florist, call the store directly! I made the mistake of ordering through a third-party service (Teleflora), and an error happened with my order. What impressed me most was that Jerry could have easily chalked it up to the third party and moved on, but he didn’t.
Instead, Jerry personally called me, took the time to understand what happened, and went above and beyond to make it right himself. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. That kind of personal service is rare, and it meant so much to me.

I live in Crossville and needed to send a bouquet to my daughter who was having a baby in CRMC. I just picked a florist without knowing any of them. I picked the right one! The flowers did not disappoint!! They were beautiful and very full!! I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the person who helped me on the phone (maybe Jennifer) and she said she could customize the arrangement I picked out to be suitable for a baby boy. She did!! So awesome. I would recommend this florist any day!
