Absolutely amazing experience! Jalea was so helpful and patient. Another salon destroyed my nails, but she did an amazing job!! Any hang up is that wine is only offered for certain packages unlike all other salons. But, I’ll sacrifice the wine for the service!

It honestly kills me to give a 3 because Tommy, his wife and a select few of their nail techs are WONDERFUL. I have been coming here since 2019, but there is a tech - Bella, there now who is unbearable. She wants to do what SHE wants and fails to acknowledge what the customer is asking. I took my friend so she could decompress and have a girls day and she made the experience horrific - it took all of me not to tell her she is being paid to do what is asked, as we are paying for a service. My friend and I told her multiple times she wanted shorter nails due to our jobs. Luckily, Tommy got involved and also fixed my friends nail since she also did not do a good job. I came here on a Saturday, and I didn't even have to wait for a seat with my walk-in appointment. I picked out a color and sat down, but I ended up having to pick a different color (I liked the new color better) I thought I was getting dip, but I ended up with acrylic, although i did end up loving them. The man who did my nails was very quick and my nails looked amazing. There was a language barrier between me and some of the staff, though. The prices were very reasonable and the color options were spectacular. I definitely will reccomend and return!!
