My husband and I recently started with Satellite Med and Dr Cates mid 2025. We can't say enough great things about our treatment and the services provided. We find them to be a very caring group and have been please with Dr Cates. He listens and really hears what we have to say about our health and health related needs. He is now our primary care physician and would recommend him and the office to anyone.

Best doctor I have been too in a while. They took my issues seriously like good doctors are suppose too. I saw Cora Wilson she was real nice and smart about my situation. There was a lot of female doctors there so it was a nice environment. I went here a few years ago when I had Covid and they helped me out. My mother goes here too and takes her issues seriously. They are under Vanderbilt, so they have good doctors. I would recommend going here.

I’ve been going to Satellite Med for about a year and have always been treated professionally, courteously and receive exceptional care by Dr. Cates and staff. I recently went in as an Urgent Care patient and was seen by Nurse Practitioner Donna Winningham. Wait was reasonable, staff were very helpful, professional, friendly and most importantly received great care. Thank you NP Donna, and staff for thorough care.
