They were so good with my 8-year-old during his tooth extraction. They made him feel comfortable, explained everything, and were very patient and kind. Such a great experience for both of us. Highly recommend!

GREAT place. Everyone that I had an encounter with was super nice and helpful. The employees there helped me get the care I needed. Very polite ever step of the way even while working with me to squeeze me in between patients since I had horrible tooth. I plan to continue using them. Very professional wonderful group of people!

Went for the new 3D crown I'd been researching, one visit instead of two and half the cost. I was told I needed three was plesantly surprised I only needed one and a filling. What an amazing experience. Some of the most thoughtful people I've ever met. I came with old baggage of a dentist that left me with PTSD. Trust them painless. Love Grimm & Robinson!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this office. The clinic is very clean and the environment is calming. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our hygienists, Alliah and Molly, were so thorough and did an amazing job making sure that we were comfortable. I’m so thankful to have found this office and will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend.

Revised to give credit where it’s due: I originally left a 1-star review after a frustrating incident where my appointment was canceled due to a new policy I wasn’t made aware of. It left me feeling upset and undervalued. However, I want to acknowledge that the team has since reached out to sincerely apologize and make things right. Their effort to address the situation and ensure I feel valued as a patient speaks volumes about their commitment to great service. While this experience was disappointing, I’ve had consistently excellent care here in the past, which is why I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars. Mistakes happen, and their response shows they truly care about their patients. Original: I’ve been a loyal patient at this office for years, but their new policies and lack of communication have left me extremely frustrated. Without informing patients, they’ve implemented a strict confirmation-only policy that cancels appointments if you don’t confirm within their timeframe—often weeks in advance. Due to the uncertainty in my life, I am unable to confirm appointments four weeks out, two weeks out, or whenever their confirmation notices are sent. My schedule doesn’t allow for that kind of rigidity. It must be nice for people who can confidently plan six months ahead for a specific time and day, but for many of us, life doesn’t work that way.
To make matters worse, the office now seems completely unconcerned with losing longtime patients, stating outright that they have so many new patients they’re not worried about keeping their old ones. I’ve waited three to four months for crown appointments, only to have them repeatedly rescheduled because of the doctors’ personal emergencies or vacations—something I gladly worked around as a loyal patient. But today was the final straw. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told it had been canceled because I hadn’t confirmed. This lack of respect for patients’ time and loyalty is appalling. If you’re looking for a dental office that values its patients, especially those who have supported them for years, I recommend you look elsewhere. I’ll certainly be doing so.
