Arrived right on time. Quickly found the issue and was resolved fast. I also liked the fact they explained the issue and what they would need to do to correct it. Looking forward to those cheaper water bills now.
Brett was wable to come out on short notice to look at the water heater and determine that the heating element had gone bad. My unit is under warranty to we had a little wait time in receiving the parts needed but as soon as they were received Chris came out and had the bad element swapped out within 15 minutes.
Great work and not over priced! Called them for a second opinion when another plumber had quoted us $4k. They found the waterline leak and fixed it same day for so much less. So happy to have our waterline leak fixed.
