From a legal perspective do not hire this company they are under investigation for tax evasion and I represent 10 clients three homeowners six past employees that have never been paid and the homeowners contracts were never honored. By my paperwork they will not be a company very much longer and somebody's probably going to jail.

I paid 20k for my roof to get done. I called them 6 months later because I had a leak someone came out and said they fix it but 6 months later same spot leaking and now they want answer or return my calls. Bad business I’ll be reporting to bbb and file lawsuit for the repairs that I have someone else fixed of there half job

I would not recommend this company. They replaced a metal roof and gutters on my back porch. It was a total mess! No flashing added; they tried to seal with spray foam; holes in the metal where screws missed the rafters. The gutters were not placed against the fascia allowing water to go between the house and gutter. I tried for 6 months to get them to fix the problems and was told repeatedly that they would be back but they never showed up. It cost me over $3,400 to have another company fix this mess. That in addition to what I had already paid Perfect Roof. They promise a lot but do not deliver! Definitely would not use this company again. I filed a complaint with Tennessee Dept. of Commerce and Insurance who regulates contractors.

Work didn’t hold up. Vinyl that was installed started falling off the house in less than a year. Tried to get them to come back and fix it for over six months but just got ghosted repeatedly.

Did a great job on the roof and in a timely manner. The crew were were really hard workers, too. The only thing is that no matter how many times we asked, we could not get them to give us any kind of receipt, even though they said they'd give us one. (Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.)Service: Roof installation

It has been a few months now since Adam did the initial estimate. He stated that he would be in touch to schedule the work. A month went by and I followed up and left a voicemail. I didn't get a call back. I tried to call again the following week and he picked up and greeted by name. He stated they would be out the next Tuesday. Nobody showed up on Tuesday or contacted me. I called a couple days later and got the recording "the voicemail you are calling is full and can no longer receive messages. I was trying to be reasonable with how companies may be busy but this turned out to be ridiculous. At the very least, there was no communication. I contacted the company directly and submitted this concern. They have not responded. Moving on.

We had our metal roof worked on 9/2021 by Perfect Roof, Adam. We had to have them come out several times after the work was completed because they had forgotten to put screws in and the flashing was not done correctly. I have a five year warranty on the roof as well as a $1500 work credit because he overcharged me for the roof. Now March/2023, I'm having leaks. Adam tells me he is coming out but has not shown up for eight weeks after many phone calls and him telling me that he will be coming out. There's nothing more I can do then to leave a very bad review. My suggestion is do not use this company and run the other direction. Get a reliable dependable company that has been around for a while and that will guarantee your roof. Don't be fooled by Adam's good sales talk.
