The experience I got at Roses was one of the best I have had a nail salon. The attendents to me and my mom were so polite and friendly. I was able to do a walk in for two pedicures. Something I have never seen before, a towel was provided for both myself and my mom because we were in dresses. We put the towel over our knees so we could fully enjoy the experience in comfort.

Amazing amazing amazing! Will not go anywhere else! Recently moved to Cookeville and have been trying out a few places for my new "nail spot". Well I definitely just found it! FYI, Sunday's are walk in's only so if you want to get your nails done without a wait I recommend getting there at 12pm on the dot. I got there at 12:07pm and there were already three ladies having their nails done and one woman waiting. This is not a complaint at all, in fact it shows just how many people love this place seeing as how there was a line out the door practically of people wanting their nails done here. They offer to call you when it's almost your turn so you can grab lunch or shop in the mean time. I did not mind my wait at all, the space is lovely and well kept. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Ken was my nail technician and he was WONDERFUL! So fun to talk to and very friendly! He asked me several times throughout the process if I was happy with how my nails were turning out and if there was anything specific I wanted him to work on just to let him know. I was torn between matte finish and a shiny top coat and he let me try out both to see which I liked best. He also said if anything happens within the first few days to come back in and he'll take care of it. I have zero complaints and a million praises! Will certainly be returning and highly recommend :)
