My body has been changed in the best ways, after almost a year and a half of seeing Katie! The level of professionalism, care, and attention to my body’s response to massage therapy has kept me coming back. I’ve brought frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel, knee pain, and stiff hips and somethings have completely gone away and we’re working on others! Massage is apart of my life, to ensure my body is most optimal for recovery and avoiding injury!
I had my first massage with Nissa today and I was very impressed. Great customer service, very informative, and gets the job done. After my visit I can for sure tell difference and that says lot because usually after my massage visits I don’t see whole lot of improvement but I did after the visit with her. Will definitely be booking with her again. Great massage therapists are hard to find now days. Thank you again for working out my stiffness.
I can’t recommend Kinetic Sports Massage & Therapy enough. I went in dealing with pretty bad sciatic pain, and after just one session, the relief was incredible.
Nissa really knows what she’s doing. She took the time to understand what was going on, targeted the problem areas, and made a noticeable difference right away.
What really stood out was the follow-up—she gave me practical tips to continue improving at home and even checked in via text afterward to see how I was doing. That level of care is rare.
