Fast response to get someone out to look at our unit, Scott did a great job trouble shooting the problem he found a wire that was not making a good connection, 3 other companies that have been out here FAILED to find the problem I will most definitely have Scott and your company out if I ever have another problem

This was my first visit with Paramedics and it was an enlightening experience. Not only was I informed by Scott the existing favorable condition of my Trane but his informative knowledge of available upgrades to help with my Allergies.
