My dog, LillyAnn, hurt her foot somehow. I took her to Flatt veterinary on a customer recommendation. I’m sure glad I did! Everyone was so kind and gentle with LillyAnn. I should also mention that the cost was very reasonable too. I will be going to Flatt from now on.

This place is full of angels. Dr. Wilton takes the time to explain what’s going on with your fur baby. You can tell he has a lot of heart for what he does. Abby was gentle and wonderful with our kitty. The ladies upfront work generously to get your animal seen in a pinch. My cat has never loved going to the vet before until she met the people at Flatt’s. I can’t express how thankful we are to have Flatt’s as our primary vet now. 10/10 recommend the folks here!

They took us in last minute on a weekend. It was to be my final goodbye with my favorite dog ever. The staff was gracious, considerate, and kind. Facilities appeared proper and clean. They were very busy, yet stress levels were not elevated. Most vets do the same stuff. It all boils down to people and pet services/management. FVC did both very well.
