We took our pup there for the first time a week ago to be boarded and groomed.
The team was helpful and incredibly kind.
He’s an old dog and it was his first time being boarded at age 13.
The team took great care of him and came home smelling fresh (plus we didn’t have to clean his fur out of our drain 😉 ).

I would give 3.5 if able. First time having our goldendoodle stay at a place where the dogs all run free together. Not sure if I love it yet.... :) Ours is a bit spoiled, so I think she would sleep and eat better while there if she had her own kennel at some points to go into. Nothing bad. just some personal concerns ? The team works with you and easy to book in any time crunches you may have! Bath was a request for my day of pick up since the weather has been so hot, she was bathe prior to my pick-up time!
Love that she gets to interact and play on the outside playground with the other dogs!
