Based on the reviews, Cumberland Kidney Specialists is a business where everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. They make patients feel like a priority, not just a patient to get in and out. The doctors are awesome, very patient, caring, and special. One doctor was very thorough with medical history and what was needed between visits. The staff are kind and really care about their patience. The wait time was excellent, with patients being seen very quickly. The employees have gone out of their way to help, including helping someone on oxygen find a place to plug in a tank.
It was the first time seeing Dr. Medication and she was just wonderful. She explained all my bloodwork results in a way that was easy to understand, made sure to explain any new medications and what they will do, listened to all my concerns about all my other health concerns also. Overall, She made me less scared about being in kidney failure and gave me hope that I will get better overtime and hopefully wont need dialysis anytime soon.
Everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. They make you feel like a priority not just a patient to get in and out. Dr. M was very patient and caring. The wait time was excellent. I was seen very quickly.
Dr. Mendiratta is a special person she cares about her patients and this is so important. I wish all my mom's doctors cared about her like Dr Mendiratta. The staff in her office are so kind as well.
