This was my first time coming to the shop, and I brought in my bass for service. There was a small mix-up and it didn’t get started right away, but once I called to check in, they apologized and got right to work—no excuses, no attitude. Communication was easygoing, and they were respectful and happy to help. The tech took great care of my instrument and fixed everything up just right. I really appreciate the way they handled things. Hands down best place in cookeville for any musical needs. They girl at the counter is always so sweet and helpful. She restrung my guitar for me and offered me info about lessons. Super great pricing on everything and customer service is great. 10/10.
